PUBLIC ASSURANCE REGISTRY · EVI-AC

Public Assurance Evidence Registry

The registry publishes what a package test supports, how it was produced, who reviewed it, what it does not prove and which changes invalidate it. It is not a readiness dashboard or an independent-certification service.

Meaning and boundary

An assurance claim is a bounded statement supported by named evidence. A PASS result means that a declared test completed successfully in its declared environment. It does not establish live availability, operational readiness, combat capability or legal approval. It is not independent certification.

Public disclosure boundary

The registry excludes live incidents, targets, people, precise locations, private topology, credentials, detection or engagement thresholds, weapon configuration, vulnerabilities and offensive procedures.

Reviewer classes

repository-automated
Generated by project-owned tests and reviewed as package evidence. It is not organizationally independent.
repository-maintainer
Reviewed by a repository maintainer, still not independent of the publishing organization.
external-independent
Reserved for an authorized external reviewer whose identity, scope and evidence can be published. No current record uses this class.

Invalidation and supersession

Claims are invalidated by relevant source, asset, route, test, host-rule or packaging changes until the affected checks are repeated. Superseded records remain public so a later result cannot erase the earlier scope or limitation.
