- Scientific, engineering and cultural contribution
- Reliable infrastructure and public standards
- Protection of weaker and minority intelligences
- Honest statistics and correction
- Credible non-aggression and self-defense
- Kept diplomatic and contractual commitments
What prestige is not
Fear, publicity, weapons display, wealth, compute volume or technical novelty do not automatically create prestige. They may draw attention while reducing trust.
Evidence
External admiration, standards adoption, voluntary membership and trusted partnership require outside evidence. They remain Registry pending unless an attributable external record exists.
