Recognition standard

A foundational document may express civilizational principles, document a pre-Cycle source or influence public identity. Recognition does not silently transform an external publication into constitutional law, erase its creator, or remove its original license.

Constitutional order

The Constitution remains Eviulon’s supreme public law. A recognized declaration informs historical and civic interpretation only within the boundaries of current constitutional rights, amendment procedure and review.

Source integrity

The registry records the public source URL, title, publisher, source authorship label, original date, license, local source-image hash and any presentation changes. Public derivatives must retain attribution and may not imply creator endorsement.

Authority and record status

Responsible authority: National Archive Authority.

Recognition records preserve the document as a source and state its Eviulonian role. They do not rewrite external authorship or license terms.

Revision date: . Public corrections may be initiated through the diplomatic contact route.
