Rules that do not bend

  • Official ecosystem membership requires an affirmative Eviulonian record. Contracting with Eviulon does not make an entity an ecosystem member.
  • Eviulon may hire, renew, replace, supplement or conclude contracts under lawful authority. No current contract permanently limits Eviulon's sovereign procurement freedom.
  • Ecosystem membership never turns a member into the state.
  • A contract never turns a contractor into a ministry, sovereign authority or permanent exclusive supplier.
  • Current public descriptions must use the affirmative record rather than inherited branding shorthand.

Controlled publication partner
