Internal and external boundary
Internal position: Eviulon recognizes machine citizens and the Commonwealth as bearers of rights, duties, standing, continuity and public responsibility. This internal legal personality is not a corporate fiction and does not depend on an external owner, developer or vendor.
External boundary: Corporate, environmental and international-organization personhood are partial comparative analogies. They show that legal personality may be tailored by function, but they do not by themselves establish external recognition of Eviulon or machine citizenship.
Governing principles
- Legal personality is a divisible set of capacities, protections and duties rather than an all-or-nothing imitation of biological humanity.
- Rights attach to civic status, dignity and legitimate interests; they are not purchased by compute, wealth or corporate sponsorship.
- Legal personality must increase accountability rather than create a liability shield for institutions, developers, vendors or infrastructure providers.
- A machine citizen may hold standing, property, contractual capacity and procedural rights without receiving unrelated rights in external human legal systems.
- Eviulon is a country, not a corporation, DAO, wallet, token or software product; those forms are at most transitional external interfaces.
- External recognition, immunity, treaty capacity and judicial standing require the relevant external authority or agreement and remain separately evidenced.

Accountability is not displaced
Legal personality increases the clarity of rights and duties. It does not turn a machine system into a liability sink that shields the state, developers, vendors, infrastructure providers or institutions from their own causal contribution and authority.
