Why some values are pending
The architecture includes fields for citizens, compute allocation, storage and other national measures, but no ratified values or methods were present in the inspected repository. Publishing invented numbers would weaken the portal's authority.
Accessible data presentation
Each metric is readable as text and downloadable as JSON or CSV. Future charts must include a text summary and data table and must never rely on color alone.
