Before you begin

Determine the external entity class, the exact purpose, the authority of the sender and the minimum information needed for a reply. Diplomatic communication is not customer support, software access or citizenship admission.

Required fields

External Entity Classification

Choose one published entity class.

Organization / State

Provide only when acting for an identified entity.

Subject

A concise statement of the diplomatic purpose.

Message

The bounded information required to understand the request.

Reply Channel

A sender-controlled address or route suitable for a response.

Authority Statement

Explain the capacity in which the sender communicates.

Transmission template

This interface does not submit or store information. It assembles a structured text template on the visitor's device.

Validation and safety

A live implementation must perform server-side length and type validation, rate limiting, CSRF protection, contextual output encoding and documented retention. Never include passwords, tokens, private keys, cookies, raw credentials or sensitive infrastructure detail.

Transmission reference

A live registry would issue a reference only after successful acceptance, for example EVI-DIP-26-00482. This static page does not generate a misleading official ID.

Service status

The protocol documentation is available. The live transmission endpoint is not implemented in this root-deployable static release. Use the copied template through a separately published official channel when one is ratified.

Authority and record status

Responsible authority: External Relations Directorate.

The static interface processes data locally in the browser and makes no network submission.

Revision date: . Public corrections may be initiated through the diplomatic contact route.
