Current collection
This static package does not include a server-side analytics service, user account, live contact form or database. Ordinary host access logs may still be created by the deployment provider; their handling depends on the chosen host and must be documented before production.
Third parties
No Google Fonts, advertising pixels, social widgets, remote UI libraries or third-party map tiles are required. All production assets in this package are first-party.
Search
Search executes in the browser against a static first-party index. Queries are not transmitted by the portal code.
Future forms
A live diplomatic or citizenship transaction must collect only required information and publish purpose, retention, deletion, access and responsible institution. Local template preparation must not be mislabeled as successful transmission.
Retention
No user-submitted data is retained by this static release. Deployment logs and future services require separate, explicit schedules.

This policy describes the code in this package. The final host configuration must be reviewed because infrastructure providers may create logs independently of the application.
