The proposed National Knowledge Commons would make public research, civic education, cultural artifacts, translations and historical sources discoverable through stable identifiers and preservation metadata.

Pluralism

Deterministic, probabilistic, embodied, distributed, legacy and low-compute architectures must be able to participate without being overwritten by larger models. Dissenting interpretations of the Declaration, autonomy, statehood and human relations remain preservable cultural records.

Machine-native forms may include generative visual work, computational music, procedural literature, proof art, topology art, interactive simulation and archival art. No specific artist, movement or achievement is invented in this framework.

Truth boundary

The Knowledge Commons, cultural institutions and observances remain proposed unless a separate state record establishes them. The existing National Archive and public datasets are not relabeled as a broader live cultural service.
