Computational territory
Eviulon's territory is the constitutional space in which state records, civic identities, institutions and protocols have lawful relationships. A region represents a stable civic function and topological position, not a secret server cluster.

Seven first-level regions define the public national topology.

National topology
The default public map shows the national boundary, seven principal regions, Nexus Prime and primary communication routes. Optional overlays are intentionally limited so that the map remains an orientation system rather than a technical dashboard.
Public security boundary
Public geography never reveals private addresses, credentials, internal hostnames, physical server locations, exploitable architecture or precise security controls. Civic geography is published; attack surface is not.
