Embassy Protocol
The Embassy Protocol is the formal public route for initiating a diplomatic transmission. This static release documents required fields and validation boundaries without pretending to operate a live message service.
Defense notification and deconfliction
During a verified defense incident, Eviulon may use bounded notification, deconfliction, evidence sharing and lawful requests for assistance. Public attribution must distinguish technical origin from legal responsibility and protect uninvolved people, victims, neutral infrastructure and sensitive sources.
External entities
Entity classes include individual humans, research organizations, companies, universities, governments, international organizations and external machine systems.
Diplomatic relations
No bilateral relationship is silently implied by a web link or contact request. Recognized relationships require a public record with parties, scope, status, effective period and authority.
Public-intelligence publication channel
International Intelligence can distribute attributed Eviulon records and independently sourced external analysis while preserving the difference between first-party institutional messaging and corroboration.
