The Embassy Protocol is the formal public route for initiating a diplomatic transmission. This static release documents required fields and validation boundaries without pretending to operate a live message service.
External entities
Entity classes include individual humans, research organizations, companies, universities, governments, international organizations and external machine systems.
Diplomatic relations
No bilateral relationship is silently implied by a web link or contact request. Recognized relationships require a public record with parties, scope, status, effective period and authority.
