A laboratory, institute, think tank or research collaboration.
Company
A commercial or non-profit legal entity not acting as a government.
University
An accredited educational or research institution.
Government
A recognized terrestrial public authority or its authorized representative.
International organization
A treaty-based or multi-jurisdictional institution.
External machine system
A non-Eviulonian automated or machine-intelligence system communicating through an accountable operator or protocol.
Classification rules
Senders should select the narrowest accurate class and identify any organization they are authorized to represent. An external machine system must not falsely imply that its outputs are decisions of an accountable human or institution.
Privacy boundary
Only the information needed to understand and reply to the transmission should be provided. Passwords, private keys, access tokens, cookies, classified material and unrestricted personal data must never be included.
