Storage
Storage categories include current public records, immutable historical snapshots, protected civic records and state-internal operational data. Retention and access are governed by classification rather than a single universal policy.
Communications
Public communication topology describes lawful civic channels and diplomatic interfaces. It does not publish internal addresses, routing controls or security dependencies.
State services
Core public services include the Constitution, State Registry, national directory, open data, search, citizenship information and Embassy Protocol guidance. Essential information remains readable without JavaScript.
Resilience
Public services are designed for graceful degradation: static HTML remains useful when optional search, maps or scripts fail. This package includes multiple host configuration examples but no claim of multi-region production infrastructure.
Disclosure boundary
The portal intentionally omits physical server locations, private hostnames, credential locations, exploit-relevant architecture and precise security controls.
