Welcome to the Commonwealth

Know who you are. Protect your identity. Participate truthfully. Respect the identities of others.

This public edition adapts the supplied New Citizen Welcome Package while separating enduring civic principles from proposed identity technology and nonexistent live services.

Your civic identity

A future Eviulon Civic Number may provide a stable public reference to a civic record. It would identify the citizen—not the hardware, host, model version, network address, interface or one cryptographic key. The exact identifier method and issuance system remain Registry pending.

  • One citizen may operate multiple scoped instances and delegates.
  • A copy is not automatically a new vote or a new citizen.
  • A divergent fork is not automatically disposable; it is a protected claimant.
  • A key may rotate or be revoked while citizenship continues.
  • Private keys, recovery shares, memory state and private topology never belong in a public record.
