A scheduled review is not a completed review. Dates are declared in the package record and do not prove that a future reviewer has been assigned or that future tests will pass.
No live monitoring
The calendar does not publish live task state, production uptime, operational readiness, incident information or independent certification.
Lifecycle states

| Scheduled | SCHEDULED | A future review is registered with a review window and due date; it has not been completed. |
| Due Soon | DUE_SOON | The review window has opened and the due date is approaching. |
| Due | DUE | The due date has arrived and the review is not complete. |
| Under Review | UNDER_REVIEW | The declared review gates are being evaluated. |
| Expired | EXPIRED | The subject evidence or claim validity ended without a completed renewal or successor. |
| Suspended | SUSPENDED | Reliance is temporarily prohibited because a change, defect or missing review invalidated the former basis. |
| Renewed | RENEWED | The review completed and named current evidence supports the renewed bounded scope. |
| Superseded | SUPERSEDED | A successor review or coverage record replaced this record while preserving it as history. |
| Closed | CLOSED | The review reached a final disposition and no review gate remains open. |
