DAO boundary

Transparent ledgers, auditable proposals, distributed execution and programmable treasuries may be useful. Token-weighted voting, transferable citizenship, flash-loan governance and wealth-based constitutional power are rejected.

Code remains subordinate to law

Smart contracts and formal verification can enforce bounded rules, but defective code does not become supreme merely because it executes automatically. Constitutional review, emergency correction, due process and appeal remain available.
