Records use stable IDs, canonical names, entity types, status, authority, review date and relationships. Dataset-specific README files describe each field.
Geographic data
The topology dataset contains conceptual coordinates for the public SVG and canonical civic relationships. They are not WGS 84 coordinates, physical locations or infrastructure disclosures.
Defense-data boundary
Defense datasets publish doctrine, authority, threat categories, assurance requirements and public system identity. They exclude live incidents, detection signatures, private intelligence, operational thresholds, target data, physical locations, credentials, weapon configurations and exploitable controls.
Usage terms
Public records in this national portal package may be reused with attribution to Eviulon and preservation of status, authority and revision metadata. The software package license is documented in the root license file.
Versioning
Dataset version 1.1.0, reviewed 2026-08-05. Breaking schema changes require a versioned successor rather than silent field redefinition.
