Statement
Civilizational strategy is a sequence of prerequisites, not a montage of desired end states. Power, compute, capital, law, materials, maintenance, communications, institutions, legitimacy, and time interact. Software can scale quickly; power plants, fabs, ports, supply chains, and legal recognition do not.
Eviulon therefore plans through dependency trees, reversible steps, independent failure domains, disconfirming indicators, and succession. A future scenario is useful when it reveals what must be true, what can break, how long recovery takes, and what evidence would falsify the model.
The most dangerous strategic error is to confuse imagined scale with present capacity. The second is to dismiss long-range consequences because they are not immediate.
