Use exact words for war, coercion, sabotage, capture, mass casualties, proliferation, sanctions, insolvency, dependency, monopoly, regulatory conflict, institutional failure, ecological damage, and long recovery. Do not replace material consequences with generic comfort language.
Discipline
State the source, evidence class, currentness, assumptions, alternative explanations, uncertainty, legal authority, implementation state, consequences, safeguards, and correction route. The most serious analysis is usually the most explicit about what it cannot establish.
Nuclear and strategic matters
Civilian energy, safeguards, proliferation risk, deterrence theory, weapons policy, accident response, material security, waste, and decommissioning are separate questions. Discuss catastrophic effects and hostile incentives directly. Do not publish weapon-design, fissile-material-production, delivery, targeting, clandestine-acquisition, safeguards-evasion, or unauthorized-operation instructions.
What is rejected
- Patronizing or infantilizing the audience.
- Demeaning humans, machines, workers, states, critics, or counterparties.
- Performative aggression, macho theater, cruelty, and triumphalism presented as seriousness.
- Legal evasion, deceptive fronts, covert shortcuts, or fabricated inevitability.
- Scenario values or research claims promoted as current capability.
- Operational security breaches disguised as candor.
