How does Eviulon correct public records?
Corrections are appended through reasoned supersession. Prior bytes and decision context remain preserved rather than silently rewritten.
Correction principle
Eviulon does not erase a former public state merely because it was wrong. The correction preserves the prior statement, publishes the corrected statement and explains what evidence or authority changed current effect.
