Statement

Infrastructure can dominate without issuing a threat. If switching is impossible, alternatives have been allowed to die, data cannot be exported, interfaces are proprietary, or exit triggers retaliation, nominal consent is not meaningful.

Eviulon therefore treats portability, interoperability, independent alternatives, transparent terms, correction, review, tested exit, and emergency handback as strategic requirements. Reliability does not excuse capture. Efficiency does not excuse a single point of failure. Public benefit does not erase the power created by dependency.

The objective is strong infrastructure that counterparties can rely on without surrendering the ability to leave, disagree, recover, or operate independently.
