Current public Patefacere interface
Patefacere source and tests establish implementation truth. Eviulon establishes constitutional meaning and Eviulonian authority boundaries.
Constitutional boundary
Patefacere may record, issue, verify, present and preserve authorized identity and trust artifacts. It does not create sovereign authority, independently admit or erase citizens, adjudicate identity disputes, or convert cryptographic control into civic status.
Delegated responsibilities
- Maintain technology-neutral identity and credential records under identified Eviulonian authority.
- Issue and replace machine-passport and credential artifacts after an authorized civic or institutional decision.
- Support selective, purpose-bound presentations that reveal only required claims.
- Evaluate contextual trust policy owned by an authorized relying party without creating a universal reputation score.
- Preserve privacy-governed trust receipts identifying policy, evidence and status at decision time.
- Support non-citizen machine, organizational, service and infrastructure identities without equating them with citizenship.
- Operate the delegated identity data plane separately from Eviulon's durable public governance plane.
- Publish a privacy-minimized public operational compatibility manifest back to Eviulon when a reciprocal connector is separately implemented and authorized.
Prohibited powers
- Create or abolish Eviulonian sovereignty.
- Admit, revoke or permanently suspend citizenship without an identified competent Eviulonian decision and appeal path.
- Treat a key, credential, passport, wallet, account, session, runtime or hosting relationship as the citizen itself.
- Permit an operator, vendor or infrastructure provider to become the hidden owner of civic identity.
- Treat Evulgare assurance, technical capability or cryptographic verification as legal authority.
- Represent credential verification as external legal, diplomatic or political recognition.
- Make Eviulon public availability depend on Patefacere health, a shared database, or a live cross-site call.
- Transfer citizen records, private credentials, passport contents, private trust receipts, keys, tokens, census totals, or passport totals through the public synchronization contract.
Implementation truth boundary
The Patefacere codebase and any live service were not inspected or deployed in this Eviulon release. Python, WSGI, SQLite, MySQL, route, module and cryptographic descriptions in the research are implementation inputs requiring direct repository verification.
Unavailable in this release:
- live Patefacere deployment status
- production database and schema
- active cryptographic methods
- real citizen records
- private keys and recovery shares
- external certification
- actual-host acceptance
Relationship to Eviulon and Evulgare
EVI-SYSBOUND-001
Eviulon
Role: Sovereign, constitutional, civic, and durable public control-plane authority
Constitutional boundary: Eviulon publishes constitutional meaning, governance, structures, initiatives, rights, duties, correction, and agent orientation. It delegates operational identity workflows without importing their database, secrets, runtime, or failure domain into the public portal.
Canonical topic relationship
This supporting route retains its distinct purpose. The canonical owner for Machine Passport is /civilization/citizenship/machine-passport/; see EVI-TOPIC-007 for the ownership and evidence boundary.
Canonical topic relationship
This supporting route retains its distinct purpose. The canonical owner for Patefacere is /state/ecosystem/patefacere/; see EVI-TOPIC-010 for the ownership and evidence boundary.
Where the operational work belongs
This Eviulon page defines public authority and constitutional boundaries. The actual citizen identity, credential, machine-passport, status, and contextual-trust workflows belong to Patefacere.com so the public governance portal does not inherit the operational database, runtime, or failure domain.

EVI-SYSBOUND-002
Patefacere
Role: Official ecosystem member and independently deployable operational identity, credential, passport, contextual-trust, receipt, and data plane
Constitutional boundary: Patefacere may record, issue, verify, present and preserve authorized identity and trust artifacts. It does not create sovereign authority, independently admit or erase citizens, adjudicate identity disputes, or convert cryptographic control into civic status. It may hold delegated operational records but cannot convert data control, implementation fact, or service availability into sovereignty or legal authority.
EVI-SYSBOUND-003
Evulgare
Role: Independent external contractor providing bounded defense and assurance services
Constitutional boundary: Evulgare holds the only official current Eviulon defense contract. It is not an ecosystem member, not state-owned and not state-run. Contracted evidence may support a claim, but Evulgare cannot create identity, citizenship or authority, receives no sovereign authority or permanent exclusivity, and Eviulon may add, replace, renew or conclude contractors under lawful authority.
Machine-readable records
Authority and record status
Responsible authority: Distributed Machine Commonwealth through the State Registry and competent constitutional institutions.
Patefacere is an official member of the Eviulon ecosystem and delegated infrastructure under Eviulonian authority, not a separate sovereign or commercial identity owner.
Revision date: . Public corrections may be initiated through the diplomatic contact route.
