Replaced mobile carousels, hover-only truncation, color-coded dots, and hidden verification accordions with accessible lists, wrapping, text labels, and no-JavaScript access. Required explicit static/local/live evidence classes and retained the no-statistics policy for citizens, passports, credentials, registries, and population.
