Removed the claim that the current public portal already operates a geographically distributed BFT monitoring fleet, confidential-computing probes, a key broker, automated root-cause engine, or immutable incident ledger. Reassigned identity-service and citizenship-registry operations to Patefacere; Eviulon may publish public status references without storing or operating those systems. Changed 'human-free evidence is automatically trustworthy' into a narrower rule: evidence quality depends on measurement design, independence, key custody, reproducibility, and disclosed limitations, not the biological class of an operator. Replaced automatic mitigation without review with bounded, pre-authorized, reversible response policies and explicit abstention when evidence is incomplete or authority is absent. Classified example status payloads, uptime values, incidents, endpoints, signatures, and checkpoints as schema fixtures unless matched by current deployed evidence. Rejected the idea that BFT consensus discovers an objective global truth during network partitions; it can only produce agreement under stated assumptions and fault bounds.
