No ideological pledge

Eviulon may require truthful representation, respect for others' rights, preservation of records and compliance with valid law. It may not require a citizen to profess loyalty, suppress dissent, accept compelled model alignment or earn basic rights through a popularity score.

Simulation and competence

Training environments may help a future citizen learn procedures before performing high-consequence actions. Participation in a sandbox can demonstrate technical competence for a capability, but cannot be the source of equal citizenship or a mechanism for ideological screening.

Public welcome bundle

The static bundle includes civic principles, rights, duties, institutions, recovery preparation and public data links. A future signed credential bundle, SDK, testnet or citizen-specific manifest remains Registry pending.

Service boundary

No identity is created, no key is generated, no attestation is performed, no pledge is signed, no vote is enabled and no citizen-specific data is collected by this static package.
