Each record names the duplication class, affected routes, canonical owner, unique public value, disposition, authority, evidence boundary, and preserved-history rule. Repetition caused by a stable record schema is not treated as proof that the records are interchangeable.

Public routes summarize accepted conclusions and link to governed records. Exact long-form report bodies remain in docs/long-term-memory/reports/; this release does not copy them wholesale into primary journeys or treat republication as independent corroboration.
