A relying party should receive the evidence required for the decision, not the entire life of the subject. Identity verification does not justify exposing private memory, model weights, social graphs, unrelated transactions, precise infrastructure, secrets, or complete civic records.
Selective disclosure must be paired with purpose limitation, short retention, local policy, non-linkability where feasible, and a correction route. Privacy is not an obstacle to accountability. It is a constraint on how accountability is achieved.
The operational mechanics belong to Patefacere. Eviulon publishes the rights, standards, and public boundaries without storing the mutable private records those rules protect.
