Conflicts and recusal
Reviewers must disclose authorship, development, managerial, financial, infrastructure and evidentiary relationships. An active conflict requires recusal and a replacement role before signing a disposition.
The framework inherits EVI-PRO-024 reviewer, mandate, conflict and recusal rules. No unassigned or conflicted role may be presented as an independent decision-maker.
