Invalidation boundary
No current invalidating condition is established as triggered. Monitoring an invalidating condition does not mean it has occurred, and monitoring is not validation. No record creates current territory, law, deployment, recognition or readiness. A later invalidation, reframing or supersession must preserve the earlier record, source reports and revision history.
