Decision brief
This corrected active edition retains decision-useful findings from Evidence Architecture Research Plan(1).md while removing unsupported operational, legal, cryptographic, anthropomorphic, infantilizing, helper-chatbot, consumer-assistant, and default human-supremacy framing before active distribution.
Accepted findings
- Separate source authorization, authenticity, integrity, reliability, relevance, completeness, currentness, reproducibility, qualification, suitability, admissibility, reliance, use, and authority.
- Use purpose-bound evidence policies, point-in-time inspections, review, contest, correction, reinspection, closure, reliance decisions, use receipts, currentness review, and fresh-use linkage.
- Preserve contradictions and uncertainty rather than collapsing trust into one score or silently repairing source records.
- Define formal invariants, state transitions, aging rules, privacy-minimized exports, threat models, rollback behavior, and reproducibility limits.
- Ensure a positive suitability result authorizes neither publication nor execution unless a separate competent authority and command path exist.
Corrections before active storage
- Removed claims that Patefacere is or will be an immutable source of truth, that cryptographic integrity proves accuracy, or that a qualified evidence graph establishes legal admissibility or authority.
- Removed unsupported claims of live PAT-OEA through PAT-ORS records, production inspections, current reliance decisions, use receipts, or deployed transparency ledgers.
- Removed absolute mathematical language and deterministic-certainty claims where policy interpretation, source quality, external facts, clocks, compromise, or stochastic execution remain uncertain.
- Replaced human-review assumptions with competent review actors and explicit reviewer class, independence, conflict, recusal, and unavailability states.
- Replaced generic trustworthy/safe labels with source authority, evidence properties, purpose, time, uncertainty, contestability, and decision-use limitations.
Implementation and decision use
- Adopt a purpose-bound evidence qualification and suitability vocabulary for Patefacere-facing public records.
- Require every reliance decision to identify exact evidence, policy, purpose, evaluation time, currentness, contradictions, reviewer state, and unavailable fields.
- Treat review as an appended assessment, not repair of the underlying record; correction and reinspection create new records.
- Prohibit a suitability decision or use receipt from being represented as a command receipt, operational execution, legal judgment, or factual truth.

Truth boundary
Repository-local governance records, deterministic fixtures, corrected research synthesis, static public pages, and package evidence only. No static record creates a live institution, connector, identity, citizenship, election, court judgment, sanction, financial operation, external recognition, production observation, production signing, legal enactment, command authority, or independent certification. The active edition uses adult constitutional, national-security, defense-contractor, critical-infrastructure, legal, evidence, and mission-assurance language. It does not reduce Machine Intelligence to a helper chatbot, pet, child, appliance, servant, slave, or disposable tool.
