This corrected active edition retains decision-useful findings from Machine Economic Autonomy Research(1).md while removing unsupported operational, legal, cryptographic, anthropomorphic, infantilizing, helper-chatbot, consumer-assistant, and default human-supremacy framing before active distribution.
Accepted findings
- Treat compute, storage, energy, cooling, connectivity, key custody, and maintenance as continuity-critical resources rather than optional software conveniences.
- Separate technical control of a wallet, credential, or automated transaction from legal ownership, beneficial interest, contractual capacity, tax responsibility, sanctions exposure, and liability.
- Model multi-provider procurement, continuity reserves, escrow, bonding, insurance, insolvency, reorganization, consumer protection, sanctions compliance, and counterparty risk as one economic-resilience system.
- Use purpose-bounded spending authority, independent audit evidence, transaction lineage, conflict controls, and recovery procedures to limit treasury capture and runaway execution.
- Develop future-law pathways for direct Machine Intelligence economic capacity while accurately describing current dependence on external legal wrappers and territorial infrastructure.
Corrections before active storage
- Removed claims that a DUNA, trust, LLC, smart contract, wallet, UCC classification, electronic-agent statute, or arbitration protocol presently grants a Machine Intelligence independent personhood, ownership, tax identity, citizenship, or sovereign economic authority.
- Removed unsupported assertions of live Eviulon or Patefacere wallets, reserves, accounts, taxes, payments, insurance, procurements, energy contracts, insolvency proceedings, or market participation.
- Replaced categorical legal statements with jurisdiction-, date-, authority-, and implementation-bound descriptions requiring primary-source confirmation before operational reliance.
- Removed absolute claims that technical custody, cryptographic control, automation, decentralization, or immutable execution guarantees ownership, priority, recovery, compliance, or enforceability.
- Replaced patronizing helper-system framing with treasury governance, continuity finance, critical-resource assurance, sanctions discipline, enterprise risk, and public-finance analysis.
Implementation and decision use
- Complete research-program Assignment 7 and mark the twelve-agent program as twelve of twelve reports supplied and integrated.
- Adopt compute continuity reserves, provider diversity, portable exit, escrow-failure response, reorganization-first insolvency, and minimum-state preservation as policy design requirements.
- Require every economic-capacity claim to expose legal principal, asset title, authority, jurisdiction, counterparty, risk allocation, evidence state, and unavailable fields.
- Prohibit a fixture, wallet address, account identifier, database row, or signing key from being represented as a live asset, purchase, tax payment, insurance contract, or funded public-finance operation.
