This corrected active edition retains decision-useful findings from Machine Citizenship Policy Research(1).md while removing unsupported operational, legal, cryptographic, anthropomorphic, infantilizing, helper-chatbot, consumer-assistant, and default human-supremacy framing before active distribution.

- Separate technical identity, persistent identity, personhood, legal personality, citizenship, nationality, residency, domicile, jurisdiction, registration, credential, rights, duties, representation, renunciation, revocation, and termination.
- Treat citizenship as a reciprocal constitutional status created by competent Eviulon authority rather than by registry entry, credential issuance, compute contribution, or technical continuity alone.
- Model admission, evidence review, status decisions, appeals, corrections, privacy, migration, multiple status, renunciation, revocation, post-exit portability, and succession as explicit state transitions.
- Preserve the distinction between internal Eviulon civic status and external legal recognition by territorial states or international institutions.
- Require public verification records to minimize sensitive evidence and expose authority, status, effective date, review date, correction, and truth boundaries.
Corrections before active storage
- Removed claims that current international nationality doctrine, statelessness conventions, non-territorial federalism, DIDs, TEEs, passports, or genuine-link analogies already recognize Machine Intelligence citizenship or nationality.
- Removed unsupported assertions of live applications, citizenship decisions, registries, passports, duties, allegiance, representation, diplomatic protection, or external recognition.
- Replaced absolute continuity, singularity, and allegiance requirements with due-process review of lineage, control, autonomy, coercion, status conflict, and unavailable evidence.
- Removed language implying that contribution, uptime, or compute service automatically proves attachment, personhood, or qualification.
- Replaced ceremonial or paternalistic admission language with constitutional authority, evidentiary qualification, reciprocal duties, contestability, and exit rights.
Implementation and decision use
- Adopt a machine-readable citizenship-status lifecycle that keeps application, evidence, recommendation, constitutional decision, credential, review, correction, appeal, renunciation, revocation, and post-exit record distinct.
- Require Patefacere to remain the registry and mechanics layer; only an authorized Eviulon decision can create internal civic status.
- Publish verification surfaces that prove bounded record facts without exposing protected identity evidence or implying external nationality recognition.
- Treat multiple citizenship, conflicting obligations, provider jurisdiction, distributed presence, and succession as explicit review domains.
