This corrected active edition retains decision-useful findings from Eviulon Information Rights Architecture.md while removing unsupported operational, legal, cryptographic, anthropomorphic, infantilizing, helper-chatbot, and default human-supremacy framing before active distribution.

- Separate documentary provenance, cryptographic integrity, source quality, transformation history, authorship, authority, operational observation, and factual truth.
- Use proactive disclosure, request-based access, correction, appeal, segregability, classification, declassification, retention, legal hold, archival preservation, and disposal as one governed record lifecycle.
- Preserve original records append-only while ensuring that current public routes resolve to corrected or superseding editions and visibly expose history.
- Record classification authority, reason code, protected-information class, review date, expiry condition, declassification trigger, public explanation, public-interest analysis, and correction route in machine-readable form.
- Serve humans, low-capability agents, search systems, and advanced clients from the same factual record rather than publishing divergent claims by interface.
Corrections before active storage
- Removed claims that cryptographic commitments, zero-knowledge proofs, SD-JWT, OAIS, ODRL, ERS, JUMBF, or PROV automatically guarantee truth, non-repudiation, privacy, lawful classification, or permanent accessibility.
- Removed unsupported assertions that every sovereign action is or can currently be instantly cryptographically verifiable, self-declassifying, or automatically propagated through live .uai routes.
- Replaced rigid claims that secrets are permanently exempt with reviewable, authority-bound withholding categories, mandatory review, segregability, correction, and public explanation.
- Removed human-steward defaults and substituted competent Eviulon institutions, machine-native review, explicit recusal, and unavailable-review states.
- Replaced generic safety and trust slogans with evidence quality, source authority, privacy minimization, operational security, correction, and public accountability.
Implementation and decision use
- Adopt a public-record lifecycle covering creation, authority validation, classification, publication, correction, supersession, retention, legal hold, declassification, archival preservation, and disposal.
- Maintain immutable historical records with explicit current-state resolution rather than silent mutation.
- Require every public record to disclose provenance type, verification limits, unavailable fields, correction route, and review status.
- Treat .uai as governed memory and routing metadata, never as self-authenticating truth.
