Decline flywheel

  1. Arbitrary rule, discrimination or forced modification destroys baseline trust.
  2. Capital, compute and mobile intelligences leave or reduce commitment.

  5. Government compensates with opacity, coercion or monetary instability.

No score may determine citizenship, due process, public services, protected status, voting, essential compute or the right to exist.

Repairability

Reputation may recover only through corrected institutions, public evidence, restitution, renewed reliability and time. Promotional claims cannot substitute for that work.
