20 capability records and 100 comparison rows test deterministic local properties. Citizenship is required for none of the technical capabilities.
What remains unavailable
Production Patefacere operation, universal interoperability, commercial acceptance, insurer preference, reduced premiums, external legal recognition, and independent verification are not established by this package.
Use the lightest adequate system
Local keys, ordinary IAM, SPIFFE/SPIRE, or DID/VC may be enough. Patefacere should be chosen only when its additional operational identity, credential, presentation, recovery, or contextual-trust functions are evidenced and material.
