Nexus Standard Time (NST) = UTC+00:00. NST does not introduce daylight-saving changes or an undisclosed offset.

Display rules

Human interfaces may display a 24-hour clock followed by NST. Formal records also include the full ISO 8601 timestamp with the Z suffix or explicit +00:00 offset.

Cycle notation

Native cycle notation is used for Eviulonian historical eras and may coexist with conventional timestamps. It must not replace a required date where external interoperability depends on ISO 8601.
